Teresa Dervin NCO PME Center A 3S8th Aircraft Generation Squadron sergeant won the top award April during the Noncommissioned Officers Preparatory Course gradua19, tion ceremony of Class 91-Sgt. John S. Tadlock was honored as the John Levitow graduate of the class. Other distinguished graduates were: SrA. Gary S. Rhodes, 84th Radar 5. Evaluation Squadron, and SrA. Charles A. Drown, 2892nd Distribution Squadron. The guest speaker for the ceremony was MSgt. Patricia Patton, first sergeant, 2849th Air Base Group. She spoke on what the graduates should do to adapt to a fast changing Air Force. "Survivability and flexibility are the key methods to keep pace with the many changes occurring in the Air Force," she said. The Air Force is the future, and where it will be depends on the graduates. Sergeant Patton said the way to survive the changes was to find the best ways to do the job, face challenges and look to the future. She also challenged the students to face the future, to make the Air Force better, and to view the last preparatory course class as a 5 Squadron. SrA. Paul W. Becker and AlC Michelle Y.
