Miss Edwards was hit by a car driven by Mathew J. Dupass, 17, of American Fork. According to Police Chief Mike Ferre, the girl had apparently attended the annual class bonfires at the rodeo grounds held in connection with the annual homecoming festivities and was crossing the highway at the conclusion of the event. She was born March 20, 1963 in American Fork, a daughter of Max R. and Renee Bliss Edwards. She was a student at Pleasant Grove High School where she was a member of the a capella choir and participated in sports activities. She was an active member of the LDS Church and has been serving as a Primary teacher. Survivors include her parents, two sisters and five brothers, Mrs. Frank (Annette) Mills, Mrs. Thomas (Rhonda) Paul, Bryan K. Edwards, all of Pleasant Grove; Kevin B.
