Universities have "extremely" democratic administrate structure, according to University Director of Public Relations Elizabeth Haglund. The office of Public Relations has the job of letting the community know of the University's goals and accomplishments. Haglund said the University administration gets sources from many input such as the Institutional Council and other councils or advisory boards. At the heart of the structure is University President David P. Gardner, according to Haglund. As and administrator.
