Ljiljana, who has been in the United States for three months, personally believes that the show makes people happy by pointing out that there is very little difference between anybody in the world, that basicly we are all the same. Approximately 25 percent of the people in the cast come from out of the country and like Ljiljana tliuy learned English in elementary school. She also learned other languages in their school system that is structured exactly like ours. In fact their are more simi- - similarities than differences between Yugoslavia and the United States, according to the young Yugoslavian. "We have blue jeans, rock & roll, modern dancing, and hamburgers but we don't have any taco stands," she laughed. Even though Ljiljana has been here a mere three months she is not entirely unfamiliar with the American people. For two years she worked as a tour guide for five different travel agencies in Yugoslavia. "This exposed me to many American ideas and when I finally got here I was very much prepared." One of the main differences between the two countries is the family life she went on to say. In Yugoslavia as in Europe the familys are closer, "They do more together and have more contact with each other," she revealed. "We are also a little more fashion conscious than the Americans being near the fashion centers in Europe, but all in all there is not that much difference we have Toyotas and Volkswagons just like everybody," she mused. When it comes to American men as compared with the men from her home country she says, "they are very nice but care to much about money BABY Will babv-si- t davs. Live at ton.
