Friends and relatives are cordially invited to call at the Belmont Ward Cultural Hall between the hours of 7 to 10 p.m. Russell Capener was born in Riverside, a son of Alfred and Myrtle Cleveland Capener. He received his education in Bear River Valley and also attended the University of Utah. Mrs. Capener, the former Mildred Strong, was born in Kaysville, a daughter of William J. and Emma Duncan Strong. She also attended the University of Utah. The couple were married Aug. 27, 1925 in the Salt Lake Temple. Both Mr. and Mrs. Capener have been active in church organizations on ward Is. Mr. Capand stake ener se as Bishop in ard. He also the Riversi served a LDS British Mission. He was the recipient of the Silver Beaver award in Scouting and the honorary M Men Award. He Is a committee member on the County Council on Aging.
