Poulson, formerly of Tremonton, now of Bountiful: Next month she will graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University ; of Utah, with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance. She studies with Naomi Farr. . In addition to a solo with the choir, Lani will present two arias by de Falla and Tchaikowsky and a hpKrous song cycle by lwng Fine. Recently Lani won third place in the Regional Finals of the San Francisco Opera t nL. Inas one sung A'juiuons. In Mozart's roles operatic "The Marriage of Figaro" and in Menotti's "The Old Maid and the Thief and was a chorus member in Strauss "Die Fledermaus". Lani was honored with the 1873 Opera Workshop Merit Award. She has soloed with the University Symphony and the Chamber Orchestra. On their 1973 European tour. She was a soloist with the University A Capella Choir. She a sang recently recital. Lani is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
