We are going on a strictly CASH BASIS with every one except business houses with a satisfactory credit rating. Business conditions have forced us to adopt this policy. During the past few trying years we have endeavored to continue extending credit to those g customers who had had credit previously, only to. discover from month to month that our unpaid balance gradually was mounting higher. This has been due primarily to the fact that many good honest credit customers have found it impossible to promptly meet their obligations because of business and labor conditions. good-payin- Merchandise sold must be replaced if one is to continue doing business. It cannot be replaced without cash. The slowness with which many of our credit accounts have come in has depleted our cash capital until we have only one alternative to GO ON CASH. To our many customers who have always promptly paid their bills we ask you to try to see the situation as it confronts us. Many good paying accounts have become slow paying; many slow paying accounts have become doubtful. So do not become angry with us because of the action we are taking. It Is not because of you we are taking it, but because present conditions have made it hazardous for us to do a credit business. We solicit your good will and a continuance of your patronage. With best wishes for a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year, we are, Yours very truly, BRYNER'S SERVICE HELPER UTAH |
