He has watched teens clean up their lives and met a who killed someone with a shotgun. And he strives to make a difference in every life he can. Aranda, an equal employment opportunity counselor with the Commodities Directorate, has been helping the community, and in particular, children and teens, all of his life. He knows that people don't succeed if they abuse alcohol and drugs. Aranda is also a member of the Utah Parole Board for juveniles. He attends hearings where the youth talk about how they've been incarcerated because of drug and alcohol abuse.
