Show Hilltop August 28, NEWS BRIEFS Weber State offers "Enrollment Express" "Enrollment Express,"to help former D and potential Weber State University Students get on track with their education, is Sept. 11, 4:30 - 8 p.m. at the Student Service Center. Throughout the evening, representatives from Academic Advisement, Admissions, Career Services, the Diversity Center, Continuing Education, Financial Aid, Scholarships, Services for Women Students, Student Activities, Veterans Affairs and all seven academic colleges will be available to assist students with information and autumn quarter registration. Recipe contest offered Entries for the Viva Light Butter "Healthy Redo" recipe contest are now being accepted. The contest is open to anyone in Utah or Idaho. To enter, submit two receipes the original high-faand the new lower fat, lower calorie receipe. All healthy version recipes must include Viva Light Butter. Recipes will be accepted in four categories: bakingt, high-calor- ie dish, baking - desserts and -main sweets, appetizers and breads. The recipe must include 10 ingredients or less, must be original and not have been entered in previous contests. The overall winner will receive an paid weekend for two at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City with admission to a gourment cooking class.
