He was also charged with indecently exposing himself to that same hospital volunteer. Clark pleaded guilty at the trial to indecent exposure and to touching the girl's body. The military judge accepted Clark's guilty pleas and, after trial on the remaining issues, found him guilty of both the sexual assault on his coworker and on the hospital volunteer. The judge acquitted Clark of touching MPF 1, 1995 7 Hilltop Times other areas of the ld girl's body, and instead found him guilty of kissing her and of encouraging her to expose her breasts in return for driving his car. Clark is entitled, under federal law, to submit clemency matters through the general court-marticonvening authority, Maj. Gen. Pat Condon, Og-de- n Air Logistics Center commander. Clark has more than 13 years' total active-dutmilitary service.
