The Bid and Proposal Branch of the Financial Management Directorate is looking at all the options available and exploring them with Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command and the Pentagon for other possible avenues of appeal. According to DCAA, Hill's bid should have totaled $15.4 million rather than the $14.2 million on which it was originally awarded the work.
