Failure to comply with the Hill AFB seatbelt requirements for civilian and military members will result in the following disciplines: First violation: Driver will receive a warning. e Second violation: driving privileges will be suspended for 30 days. Third violation: driving privileges will be suspended for 60 days. Fourth violation: driving privileges suspended for 90 days. During each suspension period, the vehicle decal will be removed.
