Show HILL TOP TIMES American Red Cross Seeks Funds To Meet Increased Disaster Needs the The Board of Directors of the United Fund of Northern Utah and the Bonneville Chapter of the American Red Cross are asking Federal employees in this area for public donations to meet increased disaster needs that have arisen in the United States. The urgency is evidenced by the fact that the Red Cross disaster budget of $10 million for FY 1971 has already been spent and another $7 million has been expended or committed for disaster relief.
