Quote of Note "It takes time and conscious effort to do a job right, 'but the alternative usually takes more time and more effort. Some-time- s it results in tragedy. I urge every member of the Air Force to think in terms of Zero Defects and to make a conscious attempt for perfection. We have too much at stake to do otherwise. The Panzers came to Hill in 1958 trom a four-ye- ar tour of in and Alaska, duty Betty's husband, SMSgt. Norman Panzer, was assigned to Supply. The family which includes two girls and two boys, fell in love with Utah and its outdoor glories. Betty began to paint vivid Western landscapes, and although she never had formal training other than an incomplete "Famous Artists" correspondence course, her natural talent made her pictures the kind people want to own. She generally "paints to which out to 'be turns order," a very satisfactory arrangement for a customer who is decorating a new house or redecorating an old one. This artist recalls two homes i)n which the color scheme was built around her oil paintings. Betty likes to visit the homes which will be adorned by her canvases, in order to get the feel of the rooms, and imagine what her painting could do to "bring them to life." The owner, or decorator, often has a clear idea of what he wants; if not, the artist provides ideas that will be acceptable. Commercial art is also a hobby of Mrs. Panzer. At present she is painting a huge sign for the JAMTO office on the base which will direct prospective air travelers to the tour center. Needless to say, her talents are much in demand at PLYWOOD SPECIALS ?QOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO( AND x4xl0 Premium Panels 9 Finishes holidayJ "Hie.
