The courtroom, which is located in the public pub-lic safety building, has remained basically unchanged since the building build-ing was constructed in the mid 70s. New carpet has already been installed, said community commu-nity services director Frank Mills. New benches, which will look like church pews, will replace the theater seats that were used previously. previ-ously. The new benches will not arrive until Dec. 1, said Mills. A rail will be installed to replace the wall that separates sepa-rates the spectators and the attorneys and a new glass enclosed area will be built outside the door of the courtroom. This will allow the door to be open to the courtroom and cut down on the noise from outside. A new TV will also be set up and could be used to give instructions to the defendant defen-dant or serve as a link between the courtroom and the county jail if there was ever a need for that. Mills said the money budgeted for the courtroom remodeling was $15,000. Tuesday, Nov. 7 HELiOS It's about freedom. Long-term oxygen therapy doesn't have to alter your daily activities.
