Rampton for April 18 to 24, 1976. This year it is an official Bicentennial Project. The festival is a week long celebration and demonstrations of singing, dancing, pottery, drama, painting, and all the arts in the schools. Artists are going into the schools to share, and young people are sharing joy with each other and their neighbors. 1 rV KEMO AND PACHKA, a Siberian Husky and a Samoyed part of a five dog sled team owned by F. Gary Jacobson. Kemo has been lost or stolen since March 21. uslusbte Sled Elissiitg in F. Gary Jacobson reports that two valuably highly trained sled dogs were lost or stolen from his residence at 605 West State in Lehi on March 21. The dogs, both Siberian Huskies Hus-kies were part of a five dog sled team that Mr. Jacobson has been racing in competition in Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. The female Husky was found three ' days later completely sheared, but Kemo the male is still missing. Kemo is dark black with a tan face with a black streak running down his nose. He is gentle and loves to play with children, notes Mr. Jacobson. If anyone has seen the missing miss-ing dog please contact Mr. Don Lehi Area Jacobson at 768-8575, any information infor-mation will be appreciated. The owner would gladly give a pup fathered by Kemo to anyone an-yone who returned the dog. Kemo is the lead dog of the five dog team and has been carefully careful-ly trained for several years. The festival is sponsored by the Utah State Board of Education, Educa-tion, the Utah Alliance for Arts Education, the Utah Institute of Fine Arts, the National Endowment En-dowment for the Arts, the Utah Congress of Parents and Teachers, Utah Chamber of Commerce, and the Utah Environment En-vironment Center. Inquiries should be directed to school principals, school superintendents, and local PTA. Appealing to the world to "reach for the miracle of a rebirth of the spirit," President Spencer W. Kimball, world leader of the 3.5 million member memb-er Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the "most significant miracle of all time." In his Easter message to all the world. Hospital week will be May 9-15th; hobbies and handicrafts handi-crafts will be on display throughout the week. Maud Roberts introduced the guest speaker, Elva Stewart who told about being blind since the age of eight. She explained ex-plained the different things she had learned to do, to read and write in Braille, to crochet and many other things. Mrs. Stewart showed the Braille magazines she receives and told about the recorded books she gets from the libraries librar-ies for the blind. There are 27 libraries for the blind in the United States she noted. A very informative evening was enjoyed by the 25 ladies present. It is of little traits that the greatest human character is composed. A reckless driver is a person who passes you on the highway in spite of all you can do.
