Show state in membership. Texas is the state with the largest membership active inhigh school rodeos. Utah is close behind with 302 young people participating partici-pating in high school rodeos. FINALS IN LEHI The climax of the rodeo season sea-son will be the State Finals Rodeo, to be held in Lehi, July 11, 12 and 13. There will be saddles given to the "All A-round A-round Cowboy" and "All A-round A-round Cowgirl, ' with belt buckles buck-les assigned to three places in each event. r This rodeo will be the biggest big-gest high school rodeo ever held in the state. LAYCOCK VISITS HOME ON LEAVE Ronald P. Laycock, American Fork completed basic training at San Diego Naval Training Center Cen-ter in California recently. He has been on leave and has been in American Fork for the past two weeks visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lay-cock Lay-cock and other members of his family and friends. He left on Friday, June 14, for an assignment in Jacksonville, Jackson-ville, Florida. In his new assignment as-signment he will train to become be-come an aviation electricians mate.
