UP&L Modified Decision Limiting Increases To Big Electric Users The Utah Public Service Commission recently modified an earlier decision to limit maximum increases to special contract,' large industrial customers, irrigation pumpers and residential all-electric customers to eight percent per-cent for the period May 15 to October 1, 1982.
