A meeting of concerned persons was held recently which was attended at-tended by Governor Calvin L. Rampton, State Engineer Hubert Lambert and State Fish and Game Director Bud Phelps, and other state and city officials. Now instead of adding to the beauty and value of my property and providing fishing, the river has become a health hazard and mosquito i breeder." So far no one has been able to explain why the river is lowered every summer, the residents claim.
