The tax is due in ten (10) equal annual installments, the first of which is due February 25, 1967, and thereafter on the same date each year until the ten (10) installments have been paid. The beast, which stood 45 to 50 feet high, could look over a four-story building. It was probably prob-ably a vegetarian and weighed 60 to 80 tons.
