Half-gallon containers contain-ers of milk, stored in the door shelves of a refrigerator-freezer, will assure healthful snack-ing snack-ing any time of day. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or cream cheese on date nut bread are two of many healthful and filling sandwich snacks. For Mother's convenience, a supply of these can be prepared early in the day, then refrigerated in foil or plastic wrap. Homework time means 'hungry 'hun-gry refrigerator-raiders, too. Mother can plan for this by preparing "something extra" as she fixes dinner. A portion of chicken or hamburger, for instance, can be wrapped In foil and left on the refrigerator refrigera-tor shelves alone with some carrot and celery sticks.
