PINKHA-f Your Child and Chiropractic Many parents arc amazed at the largo liunubcr' of diseases frequently found among children. Besides those twin scourges of infants, colic and diarrhea, there are many others, such as indigestion, constipation, constipa-tion, fever, polio, and infection of the throat. These and other conditions often respond to chiropractic treatment. Unless a child has curvature of the spine or some obvious disorder few parents would think of chiropractic; chiro-practic; however children generally do respond more readily to chiropractic treatment than adults. It is just as easy for spinal misalignment to occur in children child-ren as in adults, and such misalignments create the same distress, no matter what the age of the patient. When vertebrae arc found to be out of proper alignment, the chiropractor often accomplishes what sometimes seems to be a miraculous improvement merely by correcting the misalignment, thus freeing the' flow of vital energy and strength which has been impinged upon or pressed by the out-of-placo vertebrae. ver-tebrae. For example, stomach disorders are usually relieved re-lieved by an adjustment which removes a bhu-k fnni trunk nerves transmitting strength and energy from the spine to the region of the stomach. Children, just like adults, usually respond well to this treatment. Like adults, children can also be healthy only when there is no nerve interference caused by misalignment of the spine. If you have a child with a health problem that has not responded favorably, you owe your child the chance modern scientific chiropractic may afford. DR. A. D.
