Park City's Educational Advantage, founded and own:d by area resident Melanie Moffat, has, for many, been there to meet just that need. For those unfamiliar with the company, compa-ny, the word "tutoring" doesnt necessarily necessar-ily capture what it does, although it is a good start. In Moffat's own words. Educational Advantage is a "a full service tutoring center with students of all types of learning learn-ing styles. Moffat added that the range of students stu-dents receiving help from the companies several tutors covers eearly the entire spectrum of ages, abilities and motivations motiva-tions for seeking the extra help. Between them, the tutors are qualified quali-fied to teach most subjects and ability levels. Currently operating in the Park City Education Center (although Moffat said several planned expansions are ia the works). Educational Advantage has been aiding students in the area for 10 years. In fact, Utah State recently awarded Moffat with its "young alumni of the year award" for her achievements with Educational Advantage, as well as her commitment to helping the community.
