Jan. IS in Park Gty's 3rd District Court: Douglas Allen Webster, 37, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol alco-hol or drugs. A pretrial hearing regarding the case is scheduled for Feb. 1. The charge, a class B misdemeanor, misde-meanor, stems from an incident on Jan. 11 on Buffalo Bill Drive. During a pretrial conference. Daniel Stephen Anderson. 21. of Salt Lake City pleaded no contest to charges of unlawful sale or supply of alcohol to minors, a class A misdemeanor, misde-meanor, and interfering with a legal arrest, a class B misdemeanor. For the first charge, Anderson received a two-day jail term and was ordered to pay a $300 fine. The jail term w ill be suspended if Anderson pays the fine. The second charge carried a $100 fine. Of the combined fine, $150 will be suspended. The court issued a $2,500 warrant for the arrest of Jeffery Chappie, 33. of Salt Lake City after he failed to appear for a hearing concerning a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The charge followed fol-lowed an incident on Oct. 23 on S R. 224. Jason Cuskelly. 13. of Salt Lake City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly dis-orderly conduci. Cuskelly was ordered to pay a $500 fine, of w hich $300 was suspended, and placed on probation for six months. The charge stemmed from an incident on Jan. 9 on Main Street. Silvestre Rivera Dominguez. 19, of Park City received a 90-day suspended sus-pended jail sentence, a $1,300 fine, was ordered to complete 24 hours of community sen ice and complete an alcohol-awareness course for a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. misde-meanor. The violation occurred on Park Avenue Jan. 7. Benjamin L. Drummond. 18, of Freedom. N.H., pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to obey a traffic-control traffic-control device, a class C misdemeanor. misde-meanor. He received a $57 fine for the violation, which occurred on Dec. 20 at the intersection of S R. 224 and S.R. 248. The court will dismiss dis-miss a charge of driving with a denied driver's license if Drummond provides a valid license. John Devero Gilmartin HI. 22. of Park City received an $82 fine for a charge of exhibition driving, a class C misdemeanor. The charge was amended from one of reckless driving. driv-ing. The incident occurred on Oct. 2 at the intersection of Prospector Avenue, and Bonanza Drive. -Chnittao'-S. Godek, ,26, of VheatonUI pleade guilty, to a charge of simple assault, a class B misdemeanor. Godek received a $500 fine and was placed on probation proba-tion for six months. Two counts of disorderly conduct against Godek were dropped. The charges stemmed from an incident on the 400 block of Main Street on Dec. 13. Andrew Scott Green, 20, of Salt Lake City pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor and intoxication. For the first charge. Green was given a 60-day suspended jail sentence and ordered to pay a $100 fine. For the second charge. Green was given a 60-day suspended jail sentence and ordered to complete com-plete an alcohol-awareness course. He was also placed on probation for six months. The charges followed an incident on Jan. 1 on the 400 block of Main Street. The court dismissed a disorderly conduct charge against Green. George Kane, 37, of Park City pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to remain at the scene of an accident, a class B misdemeanor. He received a $200 fine, placed on probation for six months and ordered to complete an alcohol-aw areness course. Linden Iaan Kinsey. 46, of Garden V alley, Idaho, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence influ-ence of alcohol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. Kinsey received a 90-day 90-day suspended jail sentence, placed on probation for one year, was ordered to complete an alcohol-awareness alcohol-awareness course and ordered to complete 12 hours of community serv ice by April 18. Kinsey also was ordered to pay a $1,300 fine. Mary Kolehmainen, 46. of Park City pleaded guilty to a charge of allowing a dog to attack a person or another animal, a class C misdemeanor. misde-meanor. The incident occurred on Dec. 25. The court ordered Kolehmainen to pay any required restitution to the victim and was ordered to pay a $300 fine, of which $275 w as suspended. Justin L Manikowski, 22, of Salt Lake City pleaded guilty to a disorderly disor-derly conduct charge stemming from an incident that occurred on the 400 block of Main Street on Jan. 9. He received a $500 fine, of which $300 will be suspended. Charles Duke Meranda, 21, of Taylorsville pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. misde-meanor. He received a $1,300 fine and given a 90-day suspended jail sentence. Meranda also was ordered to complete an alcohol-awareness course and complete 24 hours of community service by April 18. The court placed Meranda on probation for one year. Eusebio M. Montarvo, 25, of Park Gty pleaded guilty to charges of failing fail-ing to remain at the scene of an accident acci-dent and operating a vehicle without insurance, both class B misdemeanors. misde-meanors. For the first charge, Montarvo received a $200 fine and a 30-day suspended jail sentence. For the second charge, the court issued a $100 fine and a 30-day suspended jail sentence. Montarvo was also placed on probation for one year. The court dismissed without prejudice prej-udice charges of simple assault, domestic violence in the presence of a child, intoxication and interfering with a legal arrest that were pending against Adolfo D. Morales, 35, of ParkQty. Francisco Morales, 20, of Park City pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol alco-hol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. He received a $1300 fine, of which $300 was suspended, ordered to complete an alcohol-awareness course and placed on probation for one year. Morales is currently being detained in the Summit County jail by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. If Morales is held for 30 days, the entire fine will be suspended. The court issued a $1500 warrant for the arrest of Garir Morales, 35, of Park City after Morales failed to appear for a court date concerning charges of simple assault and domestic domes-tic violence in the presence of a child, both class B misdemeanors. Rhonda S. Pace, 29, of Oakley pleaded guilty to a theft charge, a class B misdemeanor. Pace was ordered to pay a 4100 fine, given a 30-day suspended jail sentence and was placed on probation for six months. Pace also was ordered to pay $35 in restitution to the victim and complete a dass within 120 days. The charge stemmed from an incident inci-dent on Dec. 27 in upper Deer Valley. Dennis M. Rush, Jr. 26, of Park Gty pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge, a class C misdemeanor, misde-meanor, stemming from an incident on the 500 block of Main Street on Jan. 1. He was given a $500 fine, of which $400 was suspended He was also placed on probation for six months and ordered to pay restitution restitu-tion by Feb. 18. Mike N. Russon, 20, of Salt Lake City pleaded no contest to a charge of theft of service, a class B misdemeanor. misde-meanor. He received a 10-day suspended sus-pended jail sentence and was placed on probation for 30 days. Scott A. Russon, 18, of Logan, Utah, pleaded no contest to a charge of theft of service, a class B misde meanor. He received a 10-day suspended sus-pended jail sentence and was placed on probation for 30 days. Kevin D. Sampson, 21, of Salt Lake Gty pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor and simple assault stemming from an incident on Dec 3 on the 1800 block of Park Avenue. For the first charge, Sampson received a 30-day suspended suspend-ed jail sentence, a $200 fine and was ordered to complete an alcohol-awareness alcohol-awareness course. For the second charge, he received a $200 fine, which was suspended, and was ordered to complete an anger-management class. Matthew David Short, 21, of Park Gty pleaded guilty to charges of ' speeding and driving without registration regis-tration or with an expired registration. registra-tion. The speeding charge carried a $47 fine. Short was given a $200 fine, which was suspended placed on probation pro-bation for six months and received a 10-day suspended jail sentence for the second charge. He must also provide pro-vide proof of registration to the court by Jan. 28. The charges followed an incident on Oct 8 Elias Tomas-Rosales, 32, of Park Gty pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol alco-hol or drugs that stemmed from an incident on S R. 224 on Dec 31. The court handed down a 90-day suspended sus-pended jail sentence and placed Tomas-Rosales on probation for one year. Also, Tomas-Rosales was ordered to complete an alcohol-awareness alcohol-awareness course and 12 hours of community service. The court issued a $2500 warrant for the arrest of Courtland J. Wright, 22, of Sandy after Wright failed to! appear for a hearing. Wright faces' charges of illegal possession or use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a legal arrest The charges follow fol-low an incident on the 700 block of Main Street on Dec. 23. Franciscc J. Marquez, 41. of Park City pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol alco-hol or drugs, a class B misdemeanor. He was given a $1300 fine, a 90-day suspended jail sentence and placed on probation for one year. The court also ordered Marquez to complete an alcohol-awareness course by April 18 and 24 hours of community service by that date. Greg L Sittig, 45, of Park Gty pleaded guilty through an attorney to a charge of intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, which followed an incident on the 700 block of Park Avenue on Nov. 17.
