This project is being jointly financed by Park City Municipal Corporation and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the United States Department of Transportation. The contract awarded will be subject to the financial assistance contract between Park City and the Utah Transit Authority. All offerors will be required to sign the following certifications: cer-tifications: Buy America Certification, Affirmative Action and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Statements, Certifications Regarding Debarment and Suspension, Certification of Restrictions on Lobbying, and Certification Regarding Cargo Preference. Included in the RFQ is the requirement to produce pro-duce a 20-year transit development plan which will include design of many coordinated coor-dinated transit elements, ele-ments, including commuter links for public and private providers, park and ride systems, as well as service route realignment and or local expansions of service. It is anticipated antici-pated that this design process will encompass encom-pass a maximum of 6 months and will require frequent travel trav-el to the area.
