LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE The Snyderville Basin Sewer District's monthly residential service rate will be raised from $5.00 per month to $10.00 per month beginning January 1, 1983. The $5.00 rate, in effect since June, 1981 does not cover the operation and maintenance costs of the District. Monthly sewer fees of $3.35 per month were in effect from 1974 to 1981. It has been determined deter-mined by the Board of Trustees that maintenance mainte-nance and operation costs should be borne by users of the system. All other user rates including commercial com-mercial will also increase at the same rate beginning January 1, 1983. Adoption of a resolution implementing implemen-ting the rate increase is scheduled for December 13,1982 at 7:00 p.m. at the District Offices at 50 Rasmussen Road.
