Parentteacher conferences at TMMS Fall parentteacher conferences have been scheduled at Treasure Mountain Middle School. Conferences will be held Thursday, Nov. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. All parents are encouraged to participate. Report cards will be issued at the conferences. Parents who cannot participate in conferences can expect report cards home on Monday, Nov. 8. (114) Historic Main Street Association The next meeting of the Historic Main Street Association will be held Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. in the Skyline Land Company's conference room, 614 Main St. Councilwoman Tina Lewis will speak about new and ongoing projects in the Main Street area. Meetings of the association are held on the first Tuesday of each month. Beginning in January, meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. to accommodate schedules during the busy winter season. (in28) Halloween Carnival The Treasure Mountain Middle School P.T.O. invites everyone to the 12th annual Halloween Carnival. It will be held Oct. 30 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the new middle school on Kearns Boulevard. Proceeds will benefit the T.M.M.S. media center. Admission is 1 book per family. A spaghetti dinner will be served, $2 for adults and $1 for children. There will be games and prizes for all ages. ( 1028) Community Clinic is open The Park City Community Clinic, a nonprofit family planning plan-ning program, remains open for patient services Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 p.m. Our federal government funding fun-ding has been extended and we will remain open into November. Novem-ber. We continue to offer family planning services, venereal disease screening, PAP tests, counseling and education, pregnancy testing, contraceptive supplies, and women's health care. The fees for service are reasonable and based on a sliding income fee scale. No one will be denied use of the clinic and all services are confidential. For an appointment, please call 649-5989. Nan Chalat is an award-winning photographer who has exhibited her photos at the Johnson Gallery, The Family Jewels and the Kimball Art Center. Their work will be critiqued at each session. Najar has taught and exhibited at the Kimball Art Center, where he was staff photographer for three years. He is now an independent film producer.
