According to; Managing Partner Bill McComb, this new division, called Capson, Morris, McComb Property Services, is intended to aid the condominium owner with1, total rental and manage-1, ment services. Park City pesident Ter-rence Ter-rence C. Jannott was charged with motor vehicle homocide last Thursday in the accidental death of Beverly Grott on September 12. Local authorities said Ms. Grott was walking northbound north-bound ort Prospector Drive about 5;20 p.m. when s'he was struck from behind by a van driven by Jannott. Emergency medical ,techni-, cians rushed to the scene of thje aceident and attended to Ms.- Grott, until the LDS Hospitals' Life Flight helicopter' heli-copter' arrived and trans1' ported her to Salt Lake City.
