SHS Wrestling The Red Devil wrestlers did a fantastic job against the Timpview Thunderbirds last Thursday. They defeated the T-birds 60-15. The coaches were exctied to see the enthusiasm that the squad showed as they faced off against their first regional duel meet. This week they face the Spanish Fork Dons on Thursday there. Then they will travel to Nephi on Friday and Saturday for the Juab Winter Classic. This is a JV7-varsity JV7-varsity tourney that is good for the team because they will meet 12 other schools from all over the state. It will give the matmen some great experience against different styles. This week's sponsor of the Wrestlers of the Week is Brand X. This week's Varsity Wrestler of the Week is co-shared by Weston Pope and Kevin Was-burn. Was-burn. Weston came back from behind and pinned his man in the final seconds. Devin Wasburn is the only senior on the team, and he learned that hard work and dedication does pay off according to the coaches. He did a great job against his opponent. This week's JV Wrestler of the Week is Ryan Caner. Ryan handled a very tough grappler but he kept the pressure on and was aggressive and came our on top the coaches said. A study in the journal Pediatrics warns parents with such devices not to be lulled into a false sense of security. Over a 13-year period, 32 babies drowned while using a bathtub seat or ring, which hold the child in place so the parent's hands are free for bathing. In more than 90 percent of cases, the accidents happened while the child was left unsupervised. Although the child may seem secure, he or she can slip under the water while a caregiver leaves to answer the phone, the door, or retrieve soap or a towel. The safest way to bathe baby is to gather everything you need before beginning the bath and never leave the child unattended. NOW OPEN Springville R.V.
