Katie Bird, August 14, 1996 - The Springville Herald - Page Five Samuel Stewart to marry Saturday Brian Levanger Jo say vows Lester and Karen Long of Mapleton are pleased to announce the engagement of , their daughter, Laura, to Mr. Samuel I. Stewart, son of Col. Walter T, and Ruth Stewart of Benjamin. The couple plans to be married Saturday, August 17, 1996 in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be held that evening from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Stewart Ranch, 7923 S. 4000 West. Benjamin. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. The couple request no gifts. Laura graduated from Springville High School and lived in Portland, Oregon for five years. She recently returned to make her home in Utah and works for Dr. Allan Gomez in Provo. The prospective groom graduated from Spanish Fork High School and served an LDS mission in Roanoke, Virginia. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in history. histo-ry. He farms in Benjamin and works doing market research for Northwest Marketing Group. The couple share a son, Darryl Jordon. Erika Timm, Ryan Wilde temple wedding Erika Timm and Ryan Wilde are getting married on Saturday, August 17, 1996. They will be sealed in the Provo LDS Temple and will be hosting a garden reception later that evening. Friends and family are invited to join them between be-tween 7 and 9 p.m. for the reception at 463 W. 800 South, Orem. Parents of the bride are Paul and Helen Timm of Orem. Parents of the groom are Bonnie Wilde, Springville, and the late Garth Wilde. Ryan recently graduated from Utah Valley State College and will be working in Springville. Erika is attending Brigham Young University pursuing a degree in journalism. Ryan served an LDS mission in Knoxville, Tennessee. Erika also served a mission to Montreal, Quebec. The couple will make their home in Springville Spring-ville where they will reside until Erika finishes her studies. They enjoy fishing, camping and swimming in very cold bodies of water. They also love to celebrate holidays,, especially Halloween, , Special guests attending the wedding include the groom's grandparents, LeVerre and Maida Butler from Alberta, Canada, and the bride's grandmothers Ruth Timm and Louise Bauer from Buffalo, New York and Orlando, Florida. Accompanying the bride will be her friends, Mandy Pead, Tany Thomas, Anna Pett and Megan Sanborn. Her sisters, Monika Lyons and Kristy Timm will also be part of the wedding party. Paxton of Mapleton, will marry Neil Hullinger, son of David and Elaine Hullinger of Springville, today, Wednesday, August 14, 1996. A reception will be held tonight honoring the couple from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hullinger residence, resi-dence, 2640 Canyon Road, Springville. Katie is a graduate of Springville High and served an LDS mission in Bordeaux, France. She is attending Utah State University and will graduate gradu-ate in the spring with a degree in English. Brian graduated from New Plymouth High and LDS Seminary. He recently returned from an LDS mission to Vancouver, Canada and will resume his studies in music therapy at Utah State University. The couple will make heir home in Logan while finishing their education. Melissa Rowley, Bradley Moulton to trade vows Melissa Ann Rowley, daughter of Dean and Bonnie Rowley of Springville, will marry Bradley Wiliam Moulton, son of Eugene and Charlotte Moulton of Ephriam, Utah, on Friday, August 16, 1996, in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will honor tH couple that evening eve-ning from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Springville Kolob LDS Stake Center, 1230 S. 500 East. They will be further honored on Saturday evening, August 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ephraim Stake Center, Cen-ter, 400 E. Center, Ephraim. The bride-to-be graduated from Springville High School with High Honors and was also a member of the National Honor Society. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Snow College where she was a member of the drill team and served as a Snow Ambassador. Her fiance graduated from Manti High School. He is a member of the Utah National Guard and served an LDS mission in Washington, D.C., North Mission. Bridal attendants will be Kristine Hodson and Jenifer Rowley, sisters of the bride.
