Show rage mgnt rue springville Herald - April la, lrez Employee of month nnmed Rebecca Gonzales has been an employee in Housekeeping at Mountain View Hospital and Payson City Hospital for eight years. She was born in New Mexico. Twenty seven years ago she moved to this area. Her father died when she was six years old. Her mother is still living and is 89 years old. ' She still comes to Utah for visits. Rebecca has, two,, brothers and one sister' who live here also. Rebecca was married at the age of 22 and has:' twelve children, four boys ' and eight girls (one set of twin girls). All of her, children are living, She has five children, still living at home. She tells us she loves to help people who need help and the Lord helps me always. She also lists one of her favorite hobbies , as making rugs. Comments from her fellow employees includes in-cludes "Becky always does the nice little extra things for people. She is always pleasant. When pur , medical floor was transferred to the second floor, the nurses wanted Becky to transfer with them. They enjoy working with her each day. Other comments from employees are that she never complains, she keeps our floor in spotless, condition, helps make' patients feel comfortable, ; goes the extra mile, always has a : happy "Good Morning" fot; everyone, smiles a lot' and never asks for extra help. Becky has been off very little in the eight years she has been here. Renee Miller (her supervisor) has to keep prpding her to even take her holidays and vacation days off. Pictorial Essay, D. Monograph. 3. Contestants may submit one entry in each category. Entries will be considered eligible for publication in newspaper and-or the Community Progress scrapbook. 4. All entries must concern Springville, past, present or future. 5. Each monograph must be factual with complete documentation and must be at least 10 pages in length. 6.
