BOUNDARIES - The service area shall include the whole of Utah County, as . described by statute title 17, chapter 1, section 28 '(W-r-2tf1 less the incorporated areas as , they change from time to time due to annexations and segregations; also excluding . those unincorporated areas already provided structural fire protection by a legally constituted con-stituted county service area. 2. SERVICES - The county service area will provide the following service to the unincorporated unin-corporated area: a. Structural fire protection. b. Such other services as determined needed and required. 3. NAME - The county service area will be known as Utah County Service Area No. 1. 4. SUPPORT - A tax or fee sufficient to pay for all services which are furnished on an extended ex-tended basis will be levied annually an-nually upon all taxable property within the said service area. 5. PUBLIC HEARING - That on the 28th day of May, 1976, at 10:00 a.m. a public hearing on the establishment of said service area shall be held in the County Commission Chambers, Room 311, County Building, Provo, Utah. 6. S. 600 W., Provo, died Sunday, May 16, 1976 at his home after a long illness. : He was born Dec. 1, 1891 in Lake Shore, to Thomas and Judith Bellows Leetham. He married Pearl DiBenson on Nov. 8, 1915 in Provo. He worked at Geneva Steel for 33 years and has lived in Provo for 56 years. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include his widow; two sons and two daughters, John L. Leetham, Price; Max Leetham, Springville; Mrs. Russell (Bernice) Joyner, Provo; and Mrs. Milton (Betty) Martell, LaHabra, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; a brother and a sister, Mrs. Charles (Nellie) Miller, Salt Lake City, and Moroni Leetham, Boise, Ida. Miller dies after cycle accident Gregg Scott Miller, three-year-old son of Wayne and Dixie Jensen Miller, died Wed. May 12, 1976 of injuries suffered when he was struck by a motorcycle in a field near his home. He was born July 10, 1972 in Provo. The child, who was struck by a motorcycle driven by a 16-year-old youth riding in a vacant field near the Miller home, was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. James Nance, according to police reports. He is survived by his parents, four brothers and one sister, James Miller, Allen Miller, Brent Miller, Ricky Miller and Melinda Miller, all of Springville; grandparents; Mrs. Ruth H. Miller, Springville; Mr. and Mrs. Willard Curtis Jensen, Provo; and a great-grandfather, LeRoy Hardy, Provo. Funeral services were Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel in Springville. He was born Aug. 4, 1901 in M Mapleton, the son of John and Semyra Whitney Murray. He was married in Price, to Golda Waters, Sept. 24, 1937. Mr. Murray was engaged in farming and for 28 years was employed by the Agriculture and Soil Conservation Service.' He was a member of the Utah County Committee for the ASCS. He was also employed by the Federal Crop Insurance for five years. Active in civic affairs, he had served as a councilman for two terms in Mapleton. He was past president and on the board of directors for the Mapleton Irrigation Co. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include his wife, one son, Brian Lewis Murray, Provo; one grandson; three brothers, Fred Murray of Montery Penninsula Country Club for the past nine years.
