Show Chamber directors and townspeople town-speople and service clubs. Utah State Treasurer David L. Duncan explained how his office functions and how the state handles its finances. Darwin Van De Graaff, executive director of the Utah Petroleum Association discussed current problems relative to the oil and gas industry in-dustry and explained the importance im-portance that oil shale is having on Utah's growth and economy. Candidates running for city office were special guests. Climaxing the impressive list of speakers was Dr. Eldin Ricks assistant professor of the Department of Ancient Scripture Scrip-ture at BYU who related incidents in-cidents of the birth and crucifixion of Christ. In addition to these meetings, the Chamber hosted the presidents of the Utah County Chambers and their partners at a dinner and a conducted tour of the Art Museum in April.
