He is currently employed em-ployed with Bill Martin Jr. Ra-thole Ra-thole Drilling. The couple will make their home in Vernal. Jasmin Marie Clark and Tory nal. She graduated from Uintah J. Nilson have chosen to be married mar-ried Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006 at Mickie Allred's home. A reception recep-tion will be held that evening at the Allred home, 4500 W. Main, Vernal, from 7 to 9 p.m. The bride is the daughter of Ben and Kathy Clark, Mickie Allred, and Terry Allred of Ver- High School in 2006. The groom is the son of Bar-bra Bar-bra Nilson of Vernal. The burn window will be from Sept. 15 - Oct. 31. A burning permit is required by the Uintah County Fire ! Marshal. The Uintah County Fire Marshal office number is 781-5497. Burning permits will only be issued Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The permit will be good for 7 days. Also remember the clearing index, which is the quality of the air, must be 500 feet or more if you are going to burn. Here are a few instructions instruc-tions to remember before you burn: Refuse should be away from buildings and structures that may catch fire. Have a water supply such as a hose and water buckets on hand at all times during the burn. Maintain and attend the burn at all times. Do not leave for any reason. If you must leave, extinguish the burn until you can return and complete the job. Burn only during light or no wind conditions. Central Dispatch must be informed when you are burning. burn-ing.
