Show Herbert N.Hyde Herbert Nielson Hyde, age 93, passed away Sept. 25, 1990 in Salt Lake City. Born Feb. 4, 1897 in Monticello, to (Susan) Wade; and David G.; 18 grandchildren; all of Salt Lake; a brother and sister, Hugh H. Hyde and Mrs. Edwin (Edith) Branson, both of Salt Lake. Funeral services were held Sept. 28, at the Monument Park Second Ward. Interment at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Francis Herbert and Lucinda Dian-tha Dian-tha Nielson Hyde. B ratten and later purchasing Bratten's Seafood Market and wholesale distribution company. Beginning in 1952, he was co-founder co-founder of Bratten's Seafood Grotto Restaurants in Salt Lake City. In 1965, he and his wife' lluby, opened Bratten's Seafood Cove in Bountiful. His love of life was his work. Served in the First World War. He was a high priest in the Monument Park Second Ward.
