OCR Text	Show Utah Trout sales down The total value of Utah trout sales from Sept. 1, 1989 through Aug. 31, 1990, was $3.5 million, according to the Utah Agricultural Statistics Service. This figure was 26 percent below the previous year. Total sales in the United States were $77 million, seven percent above a year earlier. Idaho is the number one trout-producing state in the nation, followed by California and North Carolina. Utah is the sixth largest trout-producing state.
