Completes field training Cadet Layne A.K. Hill has completed com-pleted a U.S. Air Force ROTC field training encampment at Dover Air Force Base, Del Field training, attended by cadets normally between their second and third year of college, gives an opportunity op-portunity to evaluate each student's potential as an officer. The summer curriculum consists of orientation of jet aircraft, career opportunities, human relations education edu-cation and equal opportunity training. train-ing. Physical fitness and survival training is also emphasized. The field training is four weeks, but cadets in the two-year ROTC program receive an additional two weeks of instruction in the development de-velopment of air power and the contemporary con-temporary Air Force. The cadet is a student at the University Uni-versity of Utah. ' Hill is the son of Robert A. and Louise M. Hill of 650 N. 1100 E., Bountiful.
