The Way It Was Herbert Hogan, the 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hogan, drowned in the big swimming pool at Beck's Hot Springs Wednesday at about 1 p.m. He and his brother, Roy, were returning from Salt Lake with their milk wagon and stopped there to take a bath. It is not clear just how the accident acci-dent happened as there were but three small boys there at the time. This same day of the same month eight years ago, his brother, Joseph, was drowned while bathing in the river Rhine while filling a mission in the Netherlands. AUGUST 17, 1906
