Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 11th day of July, 1990, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by CENLAR FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by KEVIN A. PEARSON and TERESA L. PEARSON, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded September 15, 1987 as Entry No. 0801607, in Book 1193, at Page 871, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of IMPERIAL SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, ASSOCIA-TION, a California Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded December 18, 1989, as Entry No. 878109, in Book 1328, at Page 336, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 3, JO-LU SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorders Office. Property Address: 672 West Gentile, Layton, UT 8404 1 Record Title Holder: KEVIN A. PEARSON and TERESA L. PEARSON, PEAR-SON, husband and wife as joint tenants for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
