Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of January, 1990, at 10:00 A.M. at the Main Entrance of the Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, SERV-ICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by DAVE E. WALKER AND DIXIE L. WALKER, as Trustors, recorded August 10, 1987 as Entry No. 0797310 in Book 1186 at Page 402 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 22, 1989, as Entry No. 870133 in Book 1314, at Page 168 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Financial Services. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described de-scribed property at 592 West 2250 North, Clinton, Davis County, Utah: All of Lot 40, MONTROSE PARK SUBDIVISION, Clinton Clin-ton City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
