One example of an exciting new class is one offered on left brain-right brain strategies. The right brain is image oriented. It processes information simultaneously simul-taneously sees problems holistical-ly, holistical-ly, and makes great leaps of insight On the other hand, the left brain is the logical hemisphere. It is involved in-volved in language skills. This is the side that comprehends reading, writing, remembers facts and is logical and analytical. It processes information sequentially, one step at a time. Why is it so important to understand left and right brain? Artists, Ar-tists, writers, inventors and musicians musi-cians seem to be a privileged group entitled to many inspiring moments. With understanding and practice we can all become proficient using both sides of the brain. It is a matter of integration. The right brain sees the big picture, pic-ture, the left brain determines what action must be taken to bring it about. With integration, stress is relieved and we become more efficient effi-cient and confident decision makers. We move from a place of worry to a place of action. Join us for a workshop with Danna Gregory on left and right brain strategies. Other new classes being offered are aerobic dance, ceramics and racquetball. All of these classes will provide enjoyment and skill development. de-velopment. In addition to these new classes, many other classes are available.
