Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Justice Complex, Court's Building, 800 W, State, Farmington, Utah, on June 24, 1992, at 3:30 p.m., by ROBERT KARIYA, Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed with Assignment of Rents executed by ROBERT M. CROTHERS and IRIS E, GROWTH ERS, husband and wife, Trastor, to ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, N.A., as Trustee, and NEWTREND MORTGAGE, INC- as Beneficiary, which beneficial interest was assigned to ZIONS MORTGAGE COMPANY by that certain Assignment of Trust Deed dated September 13, 1988, recorded September 13, 1988, as Entry No. 83630?, in Book 1255, at Page 211, recorded in Davis County, Utah, which real property was subsequently subse-quently sold or conveyed to REBECCA M. PRICE, covering real property purportedly pur-portedly located at 2459 North 890 West, Clinton, Utah 84015 in Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 39, CLINT VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 3, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office.
