Show Eagle Scouts Darrin S. Townsend, son of Lana and Tom Hardy and Steve Town-send, Town-send, received his Eagle Scout award at a Court of Honor held Mav 17 at the Canyon Park Ward. Darrin is a senior at Bountiful Boun-tiful High School where he is a high honor student and member of the 3 A State Champion Cham-pion football team. He was nominated to be r i ! i Li U bishop in the Priest quorum. Darrin would like to thank his scouting leaders, family and friends for his many positive experiences in the scouting program. Jared Bryson has earned the Eagle rank in scouting. He is a member of Varsity Troop 240 in the Val Verda 8th Ward. For his Eagle project he collected almost 4,000 pounds of food for the Utah Food Bank, which feeds homeless and low-income people all over the state of Utah. He collected col-lected this food from the entire Val Verda Stake area. Jared's Eagle Court will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27 at the Val Verda 8th Ward, 2200 S. 200 West, Bountiful.
