Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 92-2 Please be advised that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, June 9, 1992 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving disap-proving the following variance toJlje Zoning Ordinance: Permission to convert an existing ex-isting home to a professional office with the following variances to the setbacks: 1. To keep the existing west side yard setback of 10 ft. 4 in.A"N ordinance requires 20 ft.; ' 2. To keep the existing front yard setback of 22 ft., ordinance or-dinance requires 30 ft.; 3. To allow a 6 ft. rear yard ,:et-back, ,:et-back, ordinance requires 25 't. Property is located at 387 East 200 North and is owned by Dick Dresher. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, feel free to express your opinion in writing or by agent or attorney.
