Show Shane David Hepworth BOUNTIFUL Shane David Hepworth, born Dec. 16, 1973, I passed away June 26, 1992 after an 11 year courageous fight with cancer and heart ! failure. Shane received a heart , transplant on Nov. 1,1990 with ' 20 months of success before E ! heart and organ failure took the , life of our belov- ed son and friend. Shane just "r " caretakers at Primary Children's Hospital. Shane is survived by his father and step-mother, Paul C. and Mary P. Hepworth; his mother and stepfather, step-father, Colette and Barry Turner; one brother, Ben; three sisters, Leslie, Sarah and Catie; grandparents, grand-parents, Afton Hepworth, Iris and Roy Roach, Jean Call, Dorothy Turner and numerous aunts, uncles and friends. Shane is preceded in death by his grandfather David V. Hepworth and his uncle Bill Turner. The family would like to take this moment to express the tremendous need for life-saving organ donors. In lieu of flowers the family requests re-quests donations in the name of Shane Hepworth to COTA in care of any Valley Bank. Funeral services were held June 29 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery, Bountiful. I completed his junior year at Boun tiful High School. 1 Shane's life was extended with ! the help of COTA (Children's Organ Transplant Association) with Othe many devoted friends and volunteers vol-unteers who supported Shane.
