Show Wanted more than pizza to go BRIGHAM CITY After months of complications, including refusal to consider counsel and the existence of concurrent charges and incarceration in a number of other counties, former West Point resident, Blair R. Clark, 45, entered a plea of guilty in First District Court to one second degree felony charge of aggravated robbery. Charges stem from Clark's alleged Feb. 24 attempted robbery of the Brigham City Pizza Hut. He is accused of threatening an employee with a pellet gun and hitting the victim over the head and fleeing when he refused to hand over money from the cash register. Clark was later apprehended by Brigham City Police. Clark was previously arraigned but entered no plea pending the results of an examination to ascertain whether or not he was of diminished capacity and unable to understand charge against him. A Davis County evaluation recently judged him not of diminished capacity. Second degree felony aggravated robbery carries a penalty of one to 15 years in the Utah State Prison and $10,000 fine. Clark's ad-mined ad-mined use of a firearm or facsimile adds one to five years of additional addi-tional incarceration. ffVw |
