Show Kaysville power costs decreased $1 15,000 reduction in electric rates; commercial users will see a $75,000 savings. The reduction marks the first rate adjustment since 1984. The reductions come after the completion ot the planned upgrade of the Kaysville Power Department. The systems upgrade included construction con-struction of a substation and a system voltage conversion. KAYSVILLE A $190,000 fee reduction by the city-owned power company will mean consumers con-sumers will pay five percent less for electricity starting July 1. Kaysville Mayor Brit Howard announced the reduction last week during discussion of the city's 1991-92 fiscal year budget. Howard attributed the lower rates to completion comple-tion of some capital improvement projects by the power company. Residential consumers will see a |
