NOTICE is hereby further given in accordance with the provisions of S57-5-7.5 and S10-8-8.4, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, that Kaysville City shall hold a public hearing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 1992, to consider the alteration altera-tion and amendment of such Subdivision Subdivi-sion Plat and the vacating of 250 North Nor-th Street, which is located in Vantage Park Subdivision. Thereafter, the Kaysville City Council shall consider adoption of an Ordinance altering and amending the Vantage Park Subdivision Subdivi-sion Plat and vacating said 250 North Street.
