Show SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO 92-8 AMENDING THE MAJOR STREET PLAN AND CLARIFYING CERTAIN ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHEREAS, growth and increase in traffic has shown the need to amend the Major Street Plan; f J BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYW COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY, UTAH: 1. Section 17-6-2, "Existing and Proposed Streets Designated as Arterial, Collector, or Significant Loc Streets," of Chapter 17-6, "MajcW Street Plan," of Title 17,'Planning and Zoning," of The Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City, 1989, is amended change street classifications and of-way widths. 2. Subsection 17-27-7(2) of Section 17-27-7, "Standards and Requirements," Re-quirements," of Chapter 17-27, "Manufactured Homes and Manufactured Manufac-tured Home Parks," of Title 17, "Planning and Zoning," of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City, 1989, is amended to clarify the streets that manufactured home parks shall be located adjacent to. 3. Subsection 17-31-24(2) (0 of Section Sec-tion 17-31-24 "Recreational Vehicle Parks." of Chapter 17-31, "Special Provisions Applying to Particulai Uses," of Title 17, "Planning and Zoning" Zon-ing" of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City, 1989, is amended tv clarify the streets that a recreation, I vehicle park shall be located adjacent to. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the date of publication of a summary sum-mary thereof, one time only, in the Clipper. ' APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1992.
