OCR Text	Show yd Out of sight, out of mind? Local retailers hope to see plans to put cigarettes out of reach of the public go up in smoke. Officials at the Davis County Health Department have suggested that a regulation be put in place that would force retailers to sell all tobacco products from behind the counter. The health department claims this will cut down on the number of cigarettes being used by minors. Retailers plan to fight the health department proposal.
